A performance board for advanced riders, the Format Wakeboard from O'Brien uses the new Fusion Core design to decrease weight and volume and increase performance. The Format uses an ultra lightweight polyurethane foam core and tip-to-tail hardwood stringers to decrease the weight of the fiberglass laminate, producing a board with less volume and up to a pound and a half less weight. A redesigned progressive rocker features a higher centerline toward the tips for more vertical pop without any loss of speed to the wake. O'Brien's Delta base technology reduces drag for a cleaner ride with more speed, while the subtle double concave midsection softens landings, even on big air tricks. Four 0.7'' G10 Spine fins provide control, with great edge hold delivered by the Format's full length, variable bevel, step-down rails. Comes with Format bindings, a performance binding with customized Velcro locking system for the stiffness you desire, integrated TPU ankle strap to pull your foot into the heel pocket, a lightweight and rigid LUX Chassis, Power Arch support, and Off - Axiz Mounting System to keep your boot centered for optimal edge-to-edge response.
